Alright............after playing around with different strategies, I am back to the one I like best. This will be back to the original drip method of picking short priced winners and just keep the bank ticking over.

I have been away from the site for a while and haven't had time to post too many times. I started this with $100 and not setting any real targets just want to make money. I have had 4 bets in this campaign and the bank now stands at $153.91. I have had 2 bets on the NBA and they were both very lucky to win. Both of those were on Miami. I had a bet on Geelong +39.5 over Freo and I've taken the Sydney Roosters +12.5.

Lets have some fun.[/b]

I'm gonna have a bet on the Mens 100m tonite. Asafa Powell is paying $1.07. I'm a bit suprised it's that high. he really has looked like he's been cruising. I know there has been a question of his fitness but he really has looked awsome.

Thanx Kenny. It's nice to be back and into it again.
I'm the same as you, I don't really know a great deal about it but I've seen Powell run a couple of times and then after seeing him cruise through the heats I thought the price was quite generous.

*I'm not sure if there is anything at the Games that interests me tonite. I will look that up shortly. What I can say is that I will probably have a go on the NBA again tommorrow. Dallas to beat Houston or maybe Sacramento to beat Seattle. I will have a look and post in the morning for the NBA.

GL all.

I'm gonna have a go at Cleveland today Crawf. Charlotte played last night and with the season coming to playoff time teams like Cleveland need to try and win every game to get home court advantage and teams like Charlotte want to increase their chances of a good draft pick.

Charlotte @ Cleveland
Cleveland H2H
$120.42 @ $1.09

Good luck Stone Cold but as a profesional punter this is one method of betting i just don't understand, i can't justify taking short odds ever unless i see tremendous value, the risks are to great and only takes 1 upset here and there to stuff you up.

anyway i hope the drip is successful but it's not a good way to make money i believe or try and make a living, theres a reason why bookies drive around in flashy cars and have big houses and its punters getting burnt taking the short odds.

Just my opinion but as i said i hope u make a goer out of it and make money, just to hard for my liking..

cheers della!

Your opinion is always valued Della. I understand what you say and I know why you say it. I will be starting another form of drip picking longer priced bets.
Thanx for the good wishes guys. Cleveland win but it was a struggle. They get it done in OT.

very lucky in OT stony.

3 pointer with 0.4 second left to put it into OT, then Lebron on the buzzer in OT for his first game winner of his career. (really thought he would of already had one before that)

Anyway I reckon there definately is money to bemade on shorties stone cold, but definately thought could of waited for a little better play. Charlotte have been playing descent ball last couple weeks.

Keep it going mate you neally doubled that bank

It was lucky Crawf. I was pretty confident looking at the game on paper. Cleveland are fighting for home court advantage while Charlotte are last. Charlotte played the night before where they had a win. I'm just glad it won.

The Boomers certainly made hard work of that. I really didn't think they would get home. Thankfully they did.
